April Vacaction Soccer Program

MPS /Adidas Soccer Clinics – APRIL VACATION! All ages – 3 – 14! Tuesday 4/17 to Friday 4/20
Exciting soccer program run by MPS premier UK and Ireland soccer instructors! First Touch program for ages U3-U4 9-10AM. Other age groups (5-6, 7-9, and 10-14 run 9AM-12PM.

Afterschool Tennis Academy Mondays, April 30 – May 21: Grades K-2, 3PM-3:45PM , Fee $55
The After School Tennis Academy program provides all the appropriate equipment to conduct the lessons indoors. The primary focus is on basic stroke production. The students will learn the fundamentals of the forehand, backhand volley and serve with emphasis on correct grips and technique. The goal is to make the tennis game challenging and fun for all students. All equipment is provided. Registration Deadline, April 25th .
FAST ATHLETICS: Pre-K /K Soccer and Lacrosse for ages 3rd-5th grade!
Pre-K/K Soccer: Ages 4-6. Wednesdays 3-4PM at field by Snack Shack May 2 – June 6. Fee, $70
Lacrosse: Grades 3-5, Thursdays, 3:30-4:30PM, Snack Shack field, May 3 – June 7, Fee $70
Registration deadline: April 27th. Minimum 10 per program required.
Audubon: Frogs, Turtles and Beavers – Grades k-2. Wednesdays, May 9, 16, 23
Join Wachusett Meadow staff at Thomas Prince in exploration of these native creatures!
NEW: Be a Nature Detective, Grades 3-5, Tuesdays May 8, 15, 22. 3:30-4:30
Who lives and what grows in the woods, pools, streams, and meadows in back of your schoolyard? As a member of the after school nature detectives, we will track down field evidence and look for nature's clues to solve this environmental mystery. Bring your keen observational skills, five senses, and imagination.
Fee: $24, or $8 per session (please indicate dates on registration). Registration deadline: May 1st.
Worcester Art Museum - Color and Pattern with Fiber Arts – Grades 3-8. April 25th-June 6th 3:30-4:30 (Grade 6-8 students may wait at school for class to begin) Fee: $70.
Explore texture, color and patterns while weaving a bag, and learning spool or straight needle knitting. Beginners and experienced fiber artists welcome!
Registration deadline: April 19th, , Minimum 10 students, so spread the word! .

Ongoing Programs:
Childrens Yoga and Zumba, - at Kate’s Powerhouse Studio at Post Office Place
Open to students grades 1 and up. Fee $35 monthly, registration ongoing. Payment due 1st week of the month to the studio. Students may take the school bus to Kate’s to attend classes. Please email recreation@town.princeton.ma.us for more information.
Zumba class is 3:45-4:45pm on Tuesdays. Yoga class is Thursdays 3:45-4:45pm..

Checks should be made out to “Princeton Parks and Recreation”. Please include a separate check per program registration. Please adhere to registration deadlines as indicated in the program descriptions.
