Absentee Ballots
Absentee Ballots are now available in the Town Clerk’s office. Absentee ballots are for registered voters who cannot vote at the polls due to absence from town, physical disability, or religious beliefs. Absentee ballot applications for the State Election are available at the Town Clerk’s Office or online at http://www.sec.state.ma.us/ele/eleifv/howabs.htm.
Completed applications must be received in the Town Clerk’s office by 12Noon on Monday, November 1st, 2010.

Voters may request to vote in person at the town clerk's office prior to Election Day or request a ballot be mailed to an address designated by the voter on the application.
  • While the deadline to apply for a ballot is 12Noon November 1st, 2010 please allow time for the ballot to be mailed if not voting in person
  • Ballots cannot be hand carried from the town clerk's office
  • Voted ballots may be returned by mail or hand delivered to the Town Clerk’s office by the voter or a family member
  • Absentee ballots must be received in the town clerk's office by the close of polls on election day
