NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF PRINCETON
PUBLIC SHADE TREE REMOVALS
In accordance with Chapter 87 of the Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held during the Town of Princeton Selectmen’s Meeting, September 13, 2010 at 6:00 p.m at the PMLD lobby, 168 Worcester Rd. to find reason, if any there may be, why the trees posted for removal on Calamint Hill Rd. South and on Wheeler Rd. should not be removed.
A site visit has been scheduled for September 7, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the intersection of Calamint Hill Road and Ball Hill Road for any interested parties.
All trees in question have been posted by the Tree Warden. A complete list of trees and their locations has been posted at the Town Hall and the Princeton Post Office for review. Any person objecting to the removal of one or more of these trees must make their objection in writing at or before this public hearing.
