NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC SHADE TREE REMOVALS

In accordance with Chapter 87 of the Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Selectmen’s meeting, PMLD lobby, 168 Worcester Rd., on September 13, 2010 at 6:00 p.m., to find reason, if any there may be, why the following trees should not be removed. Any person objecting to the removal of one or more of these trees must make their objection in writing at or before this public hearing.

The following trees have been posted for removal at the request of PMLD and Highway Department
