FY 2010 Real Estate Bills
FY2010 Real Estate Tax Bills were mailed on December 29, 2009. If you have not received a bill, please call the Tax Collector’s office (978) 464-2101.
Owners of record and assessments are based on your property as of January 1, 2009. If you no longer own the property and are not responsible for the payment, please forward the bill to the new owner or return to this office.
Questions on your valuation please call the Assessor’s Office (978) 464-2104. In order to activate the abatement process, a completed abatement form must be submitted by April 1, 2010, to the Assessor's office. Abatement forms may be picked up at the Town Hall.

Payments are due in the Tax Collector’s office on or before 3:30 pm on Thursday, April 1, 2010. Please note, postmarks are not accepted.
