ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Please take notice that pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A and the Princeton Zoning By-laws, the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall Annex on Friday, April 27 at 7:00 PM to hear the petition of Michael Calcia applying for a Special Permit seeking relief from the Zoning By-law Section VII.2.B, to renovate the existing building into a single family home within the existing footprint. Property is located on 2 Town Farm Road, Assessors map #13, Lot 16. A copy of the petition may be reviewed at the Town Hall during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend.
