NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 40A, the Princeton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on April 18, 2012 at 7:30 PM in the Town Hall Annex to receive comments on the following proposed amendments to the Zoning By-Laws to be considered at May 15, 2012 Annual Town Meeting :
Amend Section VI (1) (B) to clarify language for computing frontage
Amend Section VI (1) (D) to clarify language for property line measurement
Amend Section VI (1) (G) to clarify language for calculating lot width
Amend Section X: Definitions: to clarify the definition of Yard, front
The complete text of the proposed amendments is available for inspection at the Town Hall, Monday - Thursday 8-4 pm.
